Stichting Gulliver is ontstaan om jong ondernemerschap in de Leidse regio aan te moedigen. De stichting gelooft dat een netwerk, de juiste kennis en voldoende geld essentieel zijn bij het starten van een bedrijf. Daarom organiseren zij verschillende evenementen rondom ondernemerschap en een jaarlijkse competitie.
De competitie is anders dan andere competities. De winnaar gaat namelijk daadwerkelijk naar huis met €10.000 om in het bedrijf te steken. Geen addertjes onder het gras.

The Gulliver foundation first started to stimulate young entrepreneurship in the Leiden region. They believe that network, the right knowledge, and enough money are essential in starting a company. Therefore they host several events about entrepreneurship and a yearly startup competition.
The competition is different from other competitions. The winner really is going home with €10.000 to kickstart their adventure. No strings attached.
